Free Art Exhibit at Simsbury Chamber Through Holiday Season; Simsbury Open Studios Artists Featured

The Simsbury Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free art exhibit through Dec. 31 that features nearly a dozen artists from Simsbury Open Studios.

Residents are welcome to stop by the Chamber office at 749 Hopmeadow St. (Simsbury Free Library building) to enjoy a unique collection of oil paintings and pottery.

"We're delighted to provide space for these talented local artists during the holiday season," said Chamber Executive Director Charity Folk. This exhibit is another way that the Chamber can support the community. We welcome visitors to come and see some wonderful artwork."

Exhibitors include: Rita Bond, Grace Epstein, Helen Galick, Jacqueline Jakubowski, Diana Lemcoff, Lori-Racicot Burrous, Julia Parker Post, Anne Melvin, Ruth Jacobson, Claudio Ludovici and Vicente Garcia.

The Simsbury Chamber of Commerce has more than 400 members from Simsbury and beyond and has been named the 12th largest Chamber in the Greater Hartford Region by the Hartford Business Journal. 

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30p.m.
