She is a natural leader and inspires people into action with uncanny ability.
She is extremely loyal and dedicated to any commitments that she makes.
She follows through with any promises that she makes and provides feedback on actions taken.
She is a very logical thinker who is known for reaching the right conclusions all of the time.
These are some of the personal attributes that are so important in a legislative body that has lacked direction or rationality, especially on planning and budget issues.
