Beginning on November 1, our contractor, Simscroft-Echo Farms, will be working along Owens Brook Blvd, between the Simsbury Bank and Musket Trail, to reconstruct the walk/path. Construction steps will involve removal of the old pavement, placing new base material, resurfacing and repairing lawns. The new walk/path will be wider to accommodate ease of plowing, and to allow for multi uses of walking and biking. We expect work to be completed this fall season.
