Bourbon tasting at Maximum Beverage to offer preview of WeHa Whiskey Festival

WEST HARTFORD – Maximum Beverage in Bishops Corner will host a tasting of premium bourbons on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Featured brands include the highly-rated Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged up to six years in charred white oak barrels and finished in ruby port wine casks; and Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon produced just for Maximum Beverage.

ESPN’s Colin Cowherd will attend the tasting, a preview of the 1st Annual WeHa Whiskey Festival scheduled for Oct. 26 at the West Hartford Town Hall. Tickets for the fundraiser, which benefits the Town That Cares Fund and Camp Courant, can be purchased at Maximum Beverage, 333 North Main St., West Hartford.
