Simsbury Educator Wins Award

Rich Keegan of the Simsbury public school system was recently awarded the Michael B. Gessford Excellence in Experiential Education Award by the Connecticut Experiential Education Association. In addition to receiving this award, Rich is the author of “Global Games for Diversity Education, Teaching 21st Century Diversity Skills” and is a member of the Connecticut Cadre of Physical Education Trainers for the State Board of Education. Rich is a presenter at many regional, national, and international conferences. He is currently teaching at Squadron Line School and is a Challenge Course Facilitator at Renbrook Summer Adventure in West Hartford, Connecticut.
