The Upper Farmington River (Canton to Colebrook) was designated as a Wild and Scenic River in 1994 as a partnership between local and Federal governments. It has been almost twenty years. Join us at the Roaring Brook Nature Center on Thursday, October 3rd from 7:30 to 8:30 for a discussion of the successes and issues.
This may be of particular interest because the Lower Farming is seeking the same designation.
