Volunteer Drivers Needed for McLean Meals on Wheels

SIMSBURY, CT. – Oct. 18, 2013 – McLean is currently looking for volunteer drivers who are willing to commit to delivering meals at least once or twice a month in the Simsbury, Granby, Avon, or Canton areas for the Meals on Wheels program. The drivers must be available from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on weekdays and have reliable access to a car.

Recruitment will be held on Wednesday, October 30 at 10:30 AM at the Burkholder Community Center at McLean, located at 100 Sarah Lane in Simsbury. This is truly a great way to give back to your local community so don’t miss the chance to get involved!
