A flash flood warning for Simsbury and several surrounding community remains in effect until 8 p.m. Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible tonight, according to the service.
For Friday, more precipitation is expected, with owers and possibly a thunderstorm. High is expected to be near 80.
