Best of Patch Poll: Vote for Your Favorite Hair Salon

Your votes will determine who wins the title: 'Best of the Farmington Valley'

Competition has been fierce in our first edition of the "Best of Patch" contest, this one for hair salons. We had more than 130 comments telling us about your favorite salons.

The following businesses have been nominated as the best places to go in the Farmington Valley:

TEAZD Hair Salon

Head Start

Serenity Hair Lounge
Classic Hair Designs
Zinc Salon

Patch updates its "Patch Places" directory constantly, so if your business is not linked above, we will add it as soon as possible. If you are a business owner and want to "claim" your free business listing, click on the link to your business and look for instructions on how to claim your listing.

Voting in the poll below is open until 5 p.m. Thursday. We will announce the winner on Saturday morning, along with next week's "Best of Patch" category. Thanks for your participation!

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, comments and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

"Hair's down" by far the best salon is Head Over Heals!!! I love them all, but most of all Diana! My 3 year old loves her. She is a gentle soul and it shows just by looking at her!!
