The 265-acre farm in West Simsbury is probably most well-known for its homemade ice cream. Tulmeadow Farm makes over 50 varieties of everyone's favorite frozen treat.

Tulmeadow farm has been farmed by members of the Tuller family since 1768. The year-round farm store sells produce, grass-fed beef, locally produced milk, honey, maple syrup, fudge and cheese.

There were 180 votes cast in this week's Readers' Choice poll. Tulmeadow Farm topped the chart with 149 votes. J. Foster's came in a distant second with just 28 votes.
