Farmington Valley VNA Named Among Top 100 Elite Agencies Nationwide

The Farmington Valley VNA has been named to the Top 100 of the 2013 HomeCare Elite, a recognition of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States, for the second year in a row.

HomeCare Elite honors the top 25 percent of agencies in the country in five categories including quality care (patient outcomes), best practice (process measure) implementation, patient experience, quality improvement and consistency, and financial performance measures. The 2013 HomeCare Elite was compiled using publicly available data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid 'Home Health Compare' website and cost reports. The HomeCare Elite also recognizes the Top 100 and Top 500 providers nationwide. Out of 9,969 agencies considered, 2,496 were recognized as elite.
