McLean Home Care & Hospice a Top Workplace

SIMSBURY, CT. – September 17, 2013 – David Bordonaro proudly congratulated the McLean Employees for making McLean a leader in senior living, senior healthcare and again a Courant, FOX CT and Hartford Magazine Top CT Workplace. “We are very proud of all the awards and accolades that the dedication and good work of our team continues to earn. We are very proud to announce the latest achievement of being a TOP CT Workplace two years running.”

First, a member of the Home Care & Hospice team nominated McLean Home Care and Hospice. The next step was an employee survey, the results of which put McLean in a select group of over 720 employers. At this point, the contest judges looked at the results of the survey about McLean's work conditions, compensation packages and other factors. All this and more contributed to the official declaration that McLean Home Care & Hospice is one of the 50 Connecticut employers identified as a Top Workplace by The Courant, FOX CT and Hartford Magazine.

Bordonaro continued “Every day we get calls from people who have heard that ‘McLean is the best’ from friends, family and their doctors. They want to live here, have their loved one live here, have our Home Care or Hospice Care, or come to Post-Acute or Outpatient Rehab.
