Congratulations to Linda McMahon and Andrew Roraback on their respective wins in the August 14th primary.
And as important, thank you to Chris Shays, Lisa Wilson-Foley, Justin Bernier and Mark Greenberg for their participation in the electoral process. Republican voters had well rounded, competent and organized candidates to choose from who presented us with differing opinions and strategies to help Connecticut and our country move in a much needed new direction.
This is my first election cycle. I can appreciate the time and dedication it took each of these candidates over the last many months to balance time away from family and work to go "all in" for their candidacy and their unwavering belief and determination that they would be the best candidates to represent us in Washington.
Now that the primary is over and the voters have made their choice for our Republican candidates for Senate and Congressman we need to get behind them, support them, have a dialogue with them or send them your thoughts and ideas on how you would like them to make a difference. Take an active part in the process.
The November elections are critical - I don't have to tell you that. I made my decision last November to try to make a difference. I ask for your support along with Linda McMahon, Andrew Roraback and Kevin Witkos
