Anyone looking to establish more balance in their lives is invited to attend the Awakening Reslience at Mid-life and Beyond group at Simsbury Psycotherapy today at 1 p.m. The four session program will include mindfulness exercises, personal sharing, guided relaxation and chair yoga with a new resilience theme incorporated each week. The Sea-Tea Improv will provide interactive entertainment tonight at 7 p.m. at Eno Memorial Hall. Proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit SIFV’s  projects including support of Grace Academy, a tuition-free,  middle school for inner city girls in Hartford; Prudence Crandall Center, the oldest domestic violence program in Connecticut; and grants to women heads of households who need to further their education to support their families.
