Due to the approaching snowstorm, Simsbury schools will dismiss early, according to Simsbury Public Schools.
Times are as follows:
- Simsbury High School/Henry James—11:15 a.m.
- Latimer Lane—12:00 p.m.
- Tootin' Hills—12:00 p.m.
- Tariffville—12:00 p.m.
- Squadron Line—12:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service is calling for snow before 4 p.m., with snow and sleet between 4 and 5 p.m. That could be followed by freezing rain and sleet, with daytime accumulation of 1 to 2 inches, the service added.
