Power is still out and many trees and branches are down. How are you getting along? Post photos, comments, ideas, advice and information.

Simsbury is still without power and there are no estimates as to when it might be restored coming from Connecticut Light & Power.

Simsbury Public Schools will be closed Monday and Tuesday, and possibly Wednesday, depending on the availability of power, officials said.

CL&P is reporting that 100 percent of Simsbury customers are still without power. Remember, you can text "outage" and your zip code (ex. Outage 06070) to 24612 and should be able to get some sort of information from CL&P about the outage status.

Many roads are impassable as trees and branches litter the landscape.

Simsbury High School is open as a shelter. There are about 200 people there, said one official.
