Butterfly Garden's are for the Birds!

Simsbury Garden Club
presents “Butterfly Gardens are for the Birds” by Margery Winters on Monday February 10.  Butterfly gardens may attract a host of beautiful winged creatures to your yard, not just butterflies.  Find out what makes a successful butterfly habitat.  Ms. Winters is Assistant Director at Roaring Brook Nature Center and has been managing the Nature Center's gardens since 2001. She also served as Chairman of the Federated Garden Club of Connecticut Landscape Design Study Program and is a Master Landscape Design Consultant. She serves as Vice Chairman on Simsbury's Conservation Commission, is a member the Simsbury Open Space Committee, and a board member of the Simsbury Land Trust.
