The Department of Social Services helps distribute free emergency cell phones. Please consider donating your old, unused cell phone ( including charger).

We encourage you to remove all personal information from your cell phone before donating. You can consult your owner's manual, or visit a website such as www.recellular.com/recycling/data_eraser.
In addition, we will double check that all phones donated have been re-set.
