In honor and celebration of deceased family members, friends, and loved ones, the Farmington Valley VNA Hospice Program will be unveiling our Tree of Life. For a suggested donation of $20.00 or more, donors can personalize an ornament to be hung on the Tree of Life in honor or memory of a loved one.
The tree will be displayed in the lobby of Simsbury Bank, 981 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury from November 23 - January 2, 2013. All proceeds will be used to further our mission by providing Hospice services for clients and families who may be experiencing financial hardships, and to support the continuing education of our hospice staff.
