The topic of the discussion will address the misconceptions
and reasons that many of us live every day with physical distress. This perfect
pairing of holistic health professionals brings a new perspective and
understanding to the mystery of a problem that has plagued our society for generations.
Dr. David Tolk of Tolk Chiropractic and Richard Mercer of Bikram Yoga Simsbury
bring their unique and refreshing philosophies to healing the whole person
naturally, without the use of any medications or surgery.

100% of the proceeds of this event will go to the Gifts of
Love’s new endeavor, the Weekend Food Backpack Program.  When some students go home on Friday
afternoons, they aren't just leaving behind their studies.  Many leave behind the free meals provided at
school, only to face a weekend of hunger. Gifts of Love instituted this
backpack program to help fill that void. Each Friday, Gifts of Love distributes
backpacks in Avon, Simsbury, Farmington and Canton full of easy to prepare food
and juice to be used by the family over the weekend. Children pick up their
backpacks in the office at the end of the school day and they return on Monday
with their backpacks empty.

Please join us for an evening that not only satiates the
hunger that so many children in our community face on a daily basis, but, also
fills your hunger to better understand your source of pain and how to remove it
from your life.  Learn about approaches
that can benefit your health and wellness today. And remember: If
you don’t have time to be sick, you must make time to stay healthy.
