The Farmington Valley VNA is pleased to be partnering with area attorneys, professional organizers, and funeral directors to raise awareness about the importance of making as many medical and health care decisions as possible in advance. While no one is fully able to anticipate what their future may hold, "Get Your Ducks In A Row" will offer a practical overview of available community resources and helpful suggestions for thinking ahead about long-term care planning.
