Jon England's "Valentine's Velvet Piano" show; with 'London's Liberace'

Jon England's "Valentine's Velvet Piano" show romances all comers at the

venue's historically significant Steinway Grand Piano in the beautiful
auditorium at the Carol Autorino Center for the Performing Arts on the
campus of the University of St. Joseph's (Bruyette Athaneum) on Asylum

Avenue in West Hartford.

With a complimentary pre-show viewing of
the fabulous Arts Exhibits adjacent to the imposing marbled entrance
lobby and with doors opening at around 6:30, (priority senior/disabled
seating and ticket prices for all ages, students, faculty, staff), this
Romantic Music extravaganza
will take you on an emotional journey with
scintillating dexterity at the hands of master Piano Showman Jon
England.... a relatively recent (and VERY popular) import from the
shores of "Downton Abbey"a.k.a. ... England, UK.

Continuing the
famed 'British Invasion' with his uniquely different approach to
engaging his devoted audience members, Jon - also dubbed "London's

Liberace' (reasons for which become obvious the moment one sees and hears him perform!)
brings a global musical repertoire developed while traveling the world

aboard the world's most prestigious luxury liners (including the

legendary QEII) and top performance venues since the 1980's.  His

winning of the prestigious Las Vegas Piano Showmanship top prize at the

Liberace Foundation, together with more than 30 full-length

commercially-released albums further establishes him among the top

practitioners of the art of "Entertaining and Audience" (as opposed to

'just playing tunes').

Must-haves from European Cinema, Hollywood
and Broadway (plus a few from London's "West End"), Pop-Orchestral
classics, Jazz, Swing, Boogie-Woogie, Ragtime, 60's-and-70's
easy-listening, US and British Television, James Taylor, Billy Joel,
Elton John, Carol King, Neil Sedaka, The Carpenters... all populate a
wildly diverse, attractive and instantly recognizable playlist in which
to lose yourself (and your date?) completely and enjoyably.

The relatively early show-start time of 7 p.m.
will likely permit easy post-show dining options... a must for this
special Valentine's week-end show.  Tickets from:  tickets@usj.edu
(860-231-5555) or online at THIS LINK to the University Box Office.  http://usj.universitytickets.com/user_pages/event.asp?id=537&cid=64
