Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation-Emek Shalom is offering a High Holiday Service for the "Curious" or Unaffiliated

Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation-Emek Shalom is excited to be offering a High Holy Day experience for the Unaffiliated and the "High Holy Day curious" on Tuesday, September 10th at 7PM.  There are no tickets and admission is free. Non members only!! FVJC-ES is at 55 Bushy Hill rd., Simsbury. The service will last for about 1 hour. Our hope is to share the deep spirituality of the High Holy Days for those who may have never experienced it before. All are welcome. Prayers from both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur will be included. The service will be conducted by Rabbi Howard Herman a caring, sensitive, down to earth leader. Cantor Mark Perman started his career at age 8 on Broadway. He combined his love of Judaism and music by becoming a Cantor. He is an extremely enthusiastic and versatile individual. Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation-Emek Shalom is very welcoming to all families. Our inter-faith households have found a comfortable, accepting environment. If you have any questions, or want more information, please feel free to contact Sue Krinsky at sjkrinsky@comcast.net or 860-658-2460. We are also on Facebook and Twitter at @fvjc_es. We look forward to seeing you there. Co-sponsored by Mandell JCC!
