Hello Simsbury Dog & Cat People!

Welcome to Green Dog Blog! 

I'm so excited to share the experiences of owning our eco-friendly pet supply and the challenges of caring for our two dogs, Ellie and Chester in a more sustainable, natural way! 

First, a little bit about us. My husband Paul and I opened Green Dog Market last April and have so enjoyed getting to know the dogs of Farmington (and their people) over the last year. As we've learned more about natural solutions to every day pet issues from fleas to anxiety, our perspective on caring for Chester and Ellie has evolved, too. I'll share some of the things we've learned and some of the fun stuff we do at the store each day.
