Great Hidden Gem of an Exercise Place!

Power 10 recently opened up and is a great place to get into one of the best forms of exercise I've come across! Rowing is low impact, so great for all ages. No experience necessary as the staff does a great job teaching you basics and going from there! Definitely want to recommend this place in Avon to all. http://www.row-indoors.com/
