Goals Can Be Intimidating

For some, Goals can be a bit intimidating. In the beginning, you are pumped up. Ready to attack! And the adrenaline of excitement can be great. But then LIFE can get in the way.

For some, Goals can be a bit intimidating. In the beginning, you are pumped up. Ready to attack!  And the adrenaline of excitement can be great. But then LIFE can get in the way. Distractions, hurdles, discouragement, more goals… they can distract you and get you off track.

Here’s a tip that many experts recommend when trying to stick with a goal:  Hold yourself accountable by recording your progress. Keeping a log or diary can help to keep you focused. And with this, create a support system around you to help cheer you on. Send tweets or updates on facebook! If you start to falter, your cheering squad will lift you back up again!
