Arrests for the Week of Dec. 28, 2011-Jan. 3, 2012

On December 28, Jordan Kozlowski, 18, of 11 Joshua Dr., West Simsbury, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor.
On December 29, Zachariah Andrew Alfeld, 19, of 6 Harvest Hill Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 18 was set.
On December 29, David Wyrick, 20, of 4 Whirling Dun, Collinsville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked, failure to drive right, possessions of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell, possession of liquor by a minor and manufacture/possession of burglar’s tools. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of January 18 was set.

On December 29, Laurie A. Majewski, 49, of 1575 Thomaston Ave., Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of January 19 was set.
On December 30, Peter S. Jadovich, 20, of 315 West Mountain Rd., Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, reckless driving and second-degree forgery. Total bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of January 19 was set.

On December 30, Elaine Marie Iwans, 60, of 126 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 6D., Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 18 was set.
On January 1, Timothy Bonesteel, 24, of 45 Chestnut Dr., Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 1 was set.
On January 1, David Veillette, 48, of 17 Hartford Rd., Granby, was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date of January 3 was set.
On January 1, Lisa M. Moringiello, 41, of 22 Winthrop St., Tariffville, was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date of January 3 was set.
On January 2, Brett Dewever Flagg, 36, of 28 Wolcott Dr., Simsbury, was charged with two counts of weapons in a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of January 19 was set.
