Arrests for the Week of July 20-26
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On July 21, Ted L. Randazzo, 21, of 41 Ridgebury Rd., Avon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive right and the number of headlamps. Bond was set at $500 and court date of August 3 was set.
On July 21, Richard Kinoshita, 39, of 45 Shawnee Rd., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of having a weapon in a motor vehicle, attempted first-degree burglary, manufacture/possession of burglar’s tools and third-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of July 22 was set.
On July 21, Shawn Wayne Haney, 34, of 64 Van Block Ave. Apt. 9C, Hartford, was charged with three counts of having a weapon in a motor vehicle, attempted first-degree burglary, manufacture/possession of burglar’s tools and third-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500,000 and a court date of July 22 was set.

Kinoshita and Haney were apprehended while attempting to burglarize a house.
On July 22, Samuel Lee Trimmier, 27, of 355 Garden St., Simsbury, was charged with accessory to sixth-degree larceny and accessory to first-degree robbery. Bond was set at $250,000 for each charge and a court date of July 22 was set.

On July 22, John Villarreal, 19, of 1 Higate Ln., Simsbury, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of August 4 was set.
On July 24, Ryan J. Hooper, 19, of 15 Phelpscroft Rd., Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, and improper rear lamps. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of August 3 was set.
