Arrests for the Week of July 27-August 2
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On July 25, Nancy Cortez, 29, of 991 East Main St., Torrington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. A court date of August 3 was set.
On July 27, Scott Arthur Frazier, 42, of 55 Hanmar St., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of August 11 was set.
On July 28, Michael Hans Nyenhuis, 51, of 88 North Mountain Rd., Canton Center, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked, following too close and possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of August 11 was set.

On July 29, Nancie F. Wardrop, 54, of 2 Nestor Way, North Granby, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of August 10 was set.
On July 30, Jason Charles Beck, 23, of 794 Mapleton Ave., Suffield, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of August 1 was set.

On July 30, Kelsey L. Yount, 18, of 4 Berkshire Way, Simsbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $250 and a court date of August 1 was set.
On July 31, Andrea Allison Esquivel, 42, of 33 Orchard St., Apt. Rear, Cos Cob, was charged with second-degree harassment. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of August 11 was set.
