Arrests for the Week of June 15-21
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On June 13, Patrick C. Evans, 40, of 43 Simsbury Manor Dr., Weatogue, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and operating a motor vehicle with a license that is suspended or revoked. A court date of June 22 was set.
On June 14, Joseph Bartlett, 38, of Hartford Correctional Center, 177 Weston St., Hartford, was served four warrants. In one he was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny. The bail was set at $500 for each charge and a court date of June 14 was set.
He was also charged with third-degree burglary, two charges of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery. In total, bail for these charges was $1,000 and a court date of June 14 set.

In the third warrant he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. Bail totaled $1,000 for the charges and the court date was June 14.
The final warrant had charges of fifth-degree larceny and three counts of sixth-degree larceny. Bail totaled $500 and June 14 was the court date.

Bartlett is accused of being involved in a burglary that occurred in the south end of Simsbury.
On June 14, Andrew Overbye, 19, of 995 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. A court date of June 22 was set.
On June 15, Darlene B. LaMotte, 49, of 14 Maple Crest Circle, Apt. K., Holyoke, MA, was charged with 175 counts of disorderly conduct and 175 counts of second-degree harassment stemming from phone and electronic communications. Bail was set at $500 and a court date of June 30 was set.
On June 16, Paul A. McCabe, 26, of 5 Southwood Lane, East Granby, was charged with driving under the influence at 16 Main St. Ext. Bail was set at $750 and a court date of June 29 was set.
On June 16, Melissa Stang, 22, of 2 Old Stone Crossing, Simsbury, was charged with four counts of violating a protective order at 2 Old Stone Crossing. Bail was set at $500 and a court date of June 17 set.
On June 19, Osman Ghani, 33, of 1 Hoskins Road, 3a, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1 Hoskins Road. A court date of June 20 was set.
