Arrests for the Week of June 22-28
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On June 20, Daniel Nagy, 24, of PO Box 40, Tariffville, was charged with failure to wear a seatbelt, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of a marker/license/registration. A court date of June 29 was set.
On June 20, Jena Marie Nixon, 30, of 200 Simsbury Rd., West Granby, was charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a license that is under suspension for alcohol.
On June 24, Cullen Bonner, 22, of 4 Penwood Rd., Bloomfield, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana near East Weatogue and Harford roads. A court date of July 7 was set.

On June 24, Ehssan Payandeh, 45, of 2 Laurie-Joe Way, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of June 27 was set.
On June 26, Andrew Lauer, 21, of 12 Quarry Rd., Granby, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. A court date of July 7 was set.

On June 26, Ryan Orosz, 19, of 8 Brendans Way, Granby, was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. A court date of July 7 was set.
