Arrests for the Week of March 2-8

Recent police activity.

On March 2, Justin Martin-Oliver Tuller, 22, of P.O. Box 35, West Simsbury, was arrested at 248 Farms Village Road on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana, second degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 3 set.

On March 5, Brian F. Friedrich, 26, of 874 East South St., Suffield, was arrested near Elm Street and Tariffville Road on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, left lane restriction and restricted turns/failure to signal. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of March 16 was set.

On March 5, Patrick Allers, 25, of 26 Gildersleeve Ave., Collinsville, was arrested near Woodside Circle and Bushy Hill Road on charges of failure to renew registration, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of March 16 was set.

On March 6, Maryanne G. Salgado, 49, of 12 Partridge Court, Windsor Locks, was arrested at 530 Bushy Hill Road on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, unsafe backing and failure to obey a control signal. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of March 16 was set.

On March 8, Charles Dexter Forristall, 35, of 71 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 8A6, Simsbury, was arrested on charges of traveling too fast for conditions, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive right, failure to obey a control signal, refusing to be fingerprinted, interfering with an officer and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of March 8 set.
