Arrests for the Week of September 14-20
The following arrest information was supplied by the Simsbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On September 14, Jacob D. Greene, 19, of 643 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, was charged with possession with intent to sell and risk of injury to a minor. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of September 15 was set.
On September 15, Nathaniel Morton, 25, of 130 West St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree larceny, one count of fourth-degree larceny and one count of fifth-degree larceny. Bond for all charges was $5,000 and a court date of September 15 was set.
On September 17, Nelson Frutuoso, 38, of 51 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 1A1, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date of September 19 was set.

On September 18, Debora A. Catlin, 54, of 81 Wildwood Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $5,000.
On September 20, William Horlacher, 46, of 648 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and issuing a bad check for more than $1,000. Bond was set at $2,000 and a court date of September 20 was set.
