Farmington Valley Woman Killed in Windsor Crash
Car hit the rear end of a FedEx truck stopped on Day Hill Road.

Windsor Police have identified the victim of a fatal car accident on Day Hill Road as Heather Dugas, 35, of Granby.
Police say Dugas' vehicle crashed into the rear end of a FedEx truck stopped on the busy corporate-section road around 10:30 a.m.
According to police, Dugas was the sole occupant of her vehicle, and she was pronounced dead on the scene.
She was wearing a seat belt and airbags did deploy, Windsor Police Capt. Tom LePore said from the scene Friday.
According to LePore, the accident is under investigation.
