Two Teens Facing Weapons Charges

Simsbury arrests for March 2-8, 2012.

The following arrest information was provided by the Simsbury Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Mami Barall, 54, of Weatogue was arrested on March 2 and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for March 2.

Semir Fatic, 19, of Simsbury was arrested on March 2 and charged with two counts of possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of larceny, two counts of robbery, and two counts of second degree threatening. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date has not been set.

Mark R. Iwans, of Tariffville was arrested on March 2 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to a minor, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, and larceny. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date was set for March 15.

Michael J. Anderson, 20, of Simsbury was arrested on March 2 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of liquor by a minor. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date was set for March 15.

Brandon J. Cadorette, 18, of Simsbury was arrested on March 2 and charged with two counts of possession of a weapon in his vehicle, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, two counts of robbery and two counts of second degree threatening. A $50,000 bond was set and a court date was scheduled for March 5.

Eric D. Carr, 18, of Hartford was arrested on March 3 and charged with driving too fast for conditions, improper use of tags, registration or license, evading responsbility for causing minor injuries or property damage, and driving without a license.

Leah McGuire, 45, of Tariffville was arrested on March 5 and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for March 14.

Jason M. Kennedy, 35, of Simsbury was arrested on March 6 and charged with speeding and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was set for March 21.
