Ryan Flannigan, 22, of 144 Regina Drive, East Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license of registration suspended or revoked and traveling unreasonably fast at 8:24 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2013.
Christopher James Lee, 20, of 1 Sanctuary Drive was charged with promoting alcohol to minor(s) at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 5
Sadie E. Comeau, 20, of 23 Beach Ave., Terryville was charged with interfering with an officer at 7:59 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2013.
Four charges to a minor(s) were issued for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana at 8:17 p.m. on Aug. 5.
