Deniis Marchman, 70, of 641 Country Club Road, Avon was charged with following too close and operating under the influence on Aug. 28 at 8:27 p.m. He is due in court Sept. 4, 2013.
Scott Blythe, 56, of 28 Pleasant St., Windsor was charged with misuse of plate, no insurance and operating without a license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Aug. 25 at 5:30 p.m. He is due in court Sept. 4, 2013.
