Simsbury Police Log for Dec. 21—27

Arrest information is provided by the Simsbury Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Peter Edward Therian, 52, of Simsbury was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for Jan. 10.

Patrick J. Filburn, 26, of Simsbury was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date was scheduled for Jan. 9.

Alex Reis, 27, of West Hartford was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with travelling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for Jan. 9.
