Qualea Shiann Dennis, 26, of Hartford was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, and driving an uninsured vehicle. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 13.
Zachary LeClair, 32, of West Hartford was arrested on Jan. and charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 13.

Antonio Lopez Tosado, 29, of Hartford was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Ross Simon Bendell, 21, of Simsbury was arrested on Jan. 26 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 6.
