Audrey Sutton, 32 of 971 Hopmeadow St., 5, Simsbury, was charged with failure to have tail lamps, no insurance, operating with a registration or license that is suspended or revoked and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on July 18 at 6:17 p.m.
Richard Musumano, 37, of 283 Perkins Ave., Waterbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree forgery, fraud or deceit with a controlled substance, prescription fraud and operating with a registration that is suspended or revoked on July 17 at 9:45 a.m.
Tricia A. Moffat, 40, 0f 71 Hopmeadow St., Apt. 6A7, Weatogue was charged with improper use of marker/registration/license on July 16 at 2:41 p.m.

Pamela J. Calvert, 39, of 121 Dowd Ave., Apt. 19, Canton was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 933 Hopmeadow St., on July 15 at 7:25 p.m.
Lisa Osgood, 39, of 98 Sterling St., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear on July 12 at 3:10 p.m.
