Simsbury Police Log for July 27- Aug. 2

The following arrests were made by the Simsbury Police Department from July 27 to August 2:

Jean Pierre Perez, 21, of unknown address was arrested on August 2 and charged with driving without insurance, drinking while driving, driving without a license, and making a restricted turn. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for August 15.

Aaron Dean Jason, 21 of Torrington was arrested on July 31 and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without a seatbelt. Bond was set at $250 and a court date was scheduled for August 15.

Timothy Alan Malone, 36, of Granby was arrested on July 31 and charged with driving with a suspended license and evading responsibility for minor injuries or property damage. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for August 15.

Courtney Michelle Dumont, 19, of Unionville was arrested on July 31 and charged with driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic signals. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for August 16.

Jason A. Brown, 28, of Avon was arrested on July 30 and charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, reckless driving, and failure to obey officers signal. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for August 15.

Michael G. Tostarelli, 31, of South Windsor was arrested on July 29 and charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for July 30.

Gerard Joseph Burke, 46, of Simsbury was arrested on July 27 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date was scheduled for August 9.
