Simsbury Police Log for June 15-21

Larceny, risk of injury to a minor, and DUI are among the charges.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Simsbury Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

James Lee Perry, 43, of New Britain was arrested on June 20 and charged with violating a protective order. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for June 21.

Preston Clark, 26, of Avon was arrested on June 21 and charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, driving under the influence, failure to drive right, and driving without a license. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for July 11.

Jamie Morales, 25, of New Britain was arrested on June 18 and charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, misuse of plates, driving without insurance, and driving without a license. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for June 27.

Angela Pace-Stall, 36, of Simsbury was arrested on June 18 and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, sixth degree larceny, and third degree robbery. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date was scheduled for June 28.

Mark R. Iwans, 33, of Tariffville was arrested on June 17 and charged with fraud and deceit of controlled substances, and forging prescriptions. Bond was set at $25,000 and a court date was scheduled for June 18.

Ben Simon Purchase, 35, of Weatogue was arrested on June 16 and charged with driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for June 28.

Elizabeth Whitney, 51, of Avon was arrested on June 15 and charged with driving without insurance. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for July 11.
