Simsbury Police Log for May 4-10

Driving under the influence and possession of narcotics among the arrests.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Simsbury Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction:

Andrew John Martin, 58, of Newington was arrested on May 10 and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of narcotics. Bond was set at $500 and a court date was scheduled for May 24.

Spencer Legnani, 20, of Granby was arrested on May 4 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. No bond was set and a court date was scheduled for May 17.

Nicholas J. Backofen, 31, of Tariffville was arrested on May 4 and charged with a probation violation. Bond was set for $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for May 18.
