Two Injured in Crash on Hedgehog Lane

A two-car crash on Hedgehog Lane in Simsbury sent two drivers to the hospital.

Police are investigating a crash on Hedgehog Lane that injured two drivers Thursday night.

At approximately 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Simsbury Police responded to a two-car crash on Hedgehog Lane near the intersection of Saddle Ridge Drive, according to police.

The drivers of a convertible Corvette and a Pontiac Trans Am were both injured in the crash. One driver was transported by Life Star and the other by ambulance to Hartford Hospital, police said.

Neither driver sustained life-threatening injuries, police said. There were no passengers in either vehicle.

The direction the vehicles were traveling is unknown and police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
