Eno Farms Subcommittee to Meet on Tuesday

The panel will meet with residents to determine a course of action.

A subcommittee charged with reviewing the Eno Farms Ground Lease amendments will hold a meeting next week to listen to resident concerns.

After an amended ground lease was rejected by voters, a subcommittee that includes Selectmen Lisa Heavner and Sean Askham, was formed to determine what steps need to be taken moving forward.

The town set out to amend the residential lease to protect current Eno Farms residents after a new owner for the town's affordable housing complex is found. CHFA- Small Properties acquired the property from its previous owner, Corporation for Independent Living, following a foreclosure.
