Do you know someone in the Simsbury community who has worked to make life better for local seniors?
The Simsbury Aging and Disability Commission is seeking nominations for this year's Senior Service Award. Nominees can be individuals or groups who meet the following criteria:
• A person(s) who is a resident, or who is active in the Simsbury community, and
• A Simsbury senior who has made a significant contribution in our community
Nomination forms are available at the Simsbury Senior Center at Eno Memorial Hall. Forms should be returned to the Simsbury Social Services Office no later than April 15, 2013.
The award recipient(s) will be recognized at an upcoming Board of Selectmen meeting.
