Site Plan, Special Exception Use for Proposed Medical Marijuana Facility Subject of Public Hearing
Meeting to take place in program room at Simsbury Public Library.
Among the items on Monday's Simsbury Zoning Commission meeting is a public hearing for a site plan amendment and special exception use for a medical marijuana production facility at 100 Grist Mill Road.
Curaleaf LLC is looking to locate at the building should they obtain a production licenses under Connecticut's Medical Marijuana Program.
Town officials have noted that the 7 p.m. meeting will take place in the Simsbury Public Library Program room. See full agenda here.
