What a stupendously successful community! Tax collections must be nearly 100%, when the top ten "delinquent" commercial taxpayers include one who owes a tiny $4100. That is the real story.

Just what is the Simsbury's Tax collector doing..The poor and .Middle class of Simsbury loose their home to the banks and the tax collector and First Selectman gives the order to attach and take the the Homes and gives the State Marshal and pays him to put the families onto the street some State Marshals made over a million on these deals Then the top Real companies along with the top holding company and a company that the Board of Selectman broke the affordable Housing agreement for made by Ensign Bickford paid NO TAXES for turns around and stop paiding taxes to the town we all know what it is called "you have it THE GOOD OLD BOYS AND GIRL SYSTEM No wonder tthe town changed the Town Charter and and did away with the Town Constables so others could make the big moneyin my opinion who wanted the change The board of Selecrtmen vote yea and the town citizens still can not understand how the Ballot listed the change in my opinion not one person knew
