Simsbury Senior Center Study, Pharos Farm Public Hearing on Monday

The Town of Simsbury will hold an informational meeting about the Senior Center Study followed by a public hearing for the sale of Pharos Farm on Monday.

An informational meeting on the status of the Eno/Senior Center Study will be presented in the Main Meeting Room of Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012.  The presentation will be made by Tom Arcari of Quinsenberry/Arcari Architects and will address program and space needs, possible sites (including Eno Memorial Hall and alternatives) and the current concept plan.  All are welcome to attend.

Immediately following the presentation, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on a Proposed Resolution for the Sale of Pharos Farm.  The request for the sale was made by The Simsbury Land Trust.  To view the Resolution please visit “What’s New in Town” at the Town of Simsbury’s website (www.simsbury-ct.gov).
