Town of Simsbury Opens Exclusive CL&P Information Line

In order to help residents receive real-time customer-specific information and power restoration estimates, the Town of Simsbury has created a dedicated phone line staffed by a CL&P representative who has been made available to answer power restoration questions for Simsbury residents. 

“During this very difficult time, we understand the importance of providing residents with accurate information at the address and neighborhood level,” said First Selectman Mary Glassman. “We pressed CL&P to provide us with a resource who could respond directly to power restoration questions from Simsbury residents.”

Town residents can dial 860-658-3279 to reach the CL&P Simsbury Help Desk between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. If a resident calls during open hours and receives a voicemail message, they should leave the requested contact information and the CL&P representative will call them back promptly.
